A workspace is a virtual space where you can organize all your work orders for a specific organization, project, or estate.

By default, a personal workspace is created when you sign up for an account. This workspace is private and it is for you to organize and track your personal maintenance work. However, to collaborate with team members and contractors, you'll need to create and invite members, or join an existing workspace, so that you and your collaborators can access and manage the work orders, depending on the permissions granted.

The information below about the workspace can help users find the right workspace before they join it.

Name

This is a required field. It is typically named after an organization, project, or estate.

Logo

A logo can add a personal touch to the workspace and help to make it more visually appealing.

Description

The description should provide a brief overview of the purpose of the workspace, who it is serving, and what its goals are.

Address

A physical address can be helpful for users who are searching for a development or estate.

Email

An email address provides users with a way to contact the workspace for non-maintenance related queries.

Phone

A phone number provides users with a way to contact the workspace in case of an urgent maintenance or repair issue.
