New users who primarily use Basementgrid to book facilities should follow the steps:
- Search "Basementgrid" on Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Sign up
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap
search on top right and search for the name of the workspace (i.e. name of project, development, estate, MCST, etc.) - Tap "Join"
After the administrator adds you to the workspace, you will receive an email notification. Once you have received the notification, you can open the app and start making your bookings.
You might be prompted to log in on the mobile browser if you have not.
