Assign Forms to Workflow

Once you've created your form, it's simple to assign it to a message or work order.

Here's how:

  1. First, create a new message or work order.

  2. Then, tap the Add procedure (or Edit procedure) button.

  3. Tap Add, and then choose the form you want to use.

Need to make changes?

If you want to change or remove a form, just tap Edit procedure, then tap the bin icon next to the form.

For more complex needs, you can even add multiple forms to a single workflow. This feature is available for Pro Plan workspaces.
