Step 1: Go to work order details
Step 2: Tap on Reporter
Step 3: Choose the user who reported the work to you
For users whom you have invited but have not signed up, you'll see the name in email address. You can still select the reporter's email address. Once he/she has signed up, he/she will get to see the work order details
