Effective communication and information sharing are essential for smooth collaboration with contractors, timely completion of work, and satisfied customers.

To achieve this, all parties involved in a work order must be kept in sync. This can be done by encouraging customers to describe problems in detail, either in text, photos, or videos. You can then assess the level of skill and experience required to address the problem and assign it to the appropriate contractor or worker.

Once a contractor is assigned a work order, they should schedule a time to start the maintenance work. If they have any questions about the problem, they should ask the customer. The contractor should also update the status of the work order as they progress, and provide after-work images to show what has been changed or repaired.

All actions taken on a work order should be recorded and can be traced back in the event of any disputes.
