When to Use the Free Plan
The Free Plan is designed for small sites testing out the platform or managing light, everyday maintenance tracking.

Ideal for: Small single-unit properties, shopfronts, or sites under 10,000 sq ft with 1 Admin.

Key Enforcement Rules: Work order history is limited to 90 days, and reporting is restricted to current and previous month history logs. Asset creation freezes if you exceed 10 assets/locations.
When to Choose the Basic Plan
The Basic Plan is tailored for mid-sized residential or commercial properties needing permanent history and full reporting.

Ideal for: Estates up to 50 units or 50,000 sq ft managed by up to 2 Admins.

Key Upgrades: Unlocks permanent work order access, full advanced reporting (Ledger, Vendor, Compliance), higher file attachment limits (50 MB), and up to 50 assets.

Key Enforcement Rules: Exceeding 2 Admins automatically demotes additional users to Collaborators. Form creation freezes if you go above 3 templates.
When to Upgrade to the Pro Plan
The Pro Plan is built for larger MCSTs, industrial complexes, and management teams requiring maximum feature flexibility and high asset volumes.

Ideal for: Multi-building complexes or developments up to 200 units / 200,000 sq ft requiring up to 5 Admin seats.

Key Upgrades: Unlocks unlimited assets and locations, up to 5 custom forms per work order, 15 form templates, and massive 500 MB file attachments for detailed site inspection uploads.
How to Switch Tiers
You can upgrade your workspace at any time directly in the mobile app:

Tap Workspace Settings in the top-left corner of the Home Page.

Tap Upgrade and select either the Basic or Pro plan tab.

Choose your billing frequency (Monthly or Annual).

Tap Request Official Invoice, complete your billing details, and send the PayNow invoice to your inbox or treasurer.
Once the PayNow transfer is confirmed, your new limits and capabilities unlock instantly. For custom enterprise tiers above 200 units, contact billing@basementgrid.com.
