If you've forgotten your Basementgrid password, follow these steps to reset it.
Steps
- Go to the login page and tap Forget Password.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up on Basementgrid.
- Tap Send Reset Link.
- Open your email — you'll receive a message from Basementgrid.
- Tap Reset Your Password in the email.
- On mobile, this will redirect you directly to the Reset Password page.
- On PC, you may instead see a QR code page. Scan the QR code with your phone's camera to be redirected to the Reset Password page.
- Enter your new password and confirm the change.
Troubleshooting
Not redirected to the Reset Password page? Close (force quit) the Basementgrid app completely, then tap the Reset Your Password button in the email again.
